To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included
- The product must not have been damaged by the customer
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Cost of Return Shipping
If you are returning a product because it is defective, incorrect, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items to ensure they reach us safely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if you choose an untracked service.
Return Process

- Package the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product to the address provided in our return instructions

Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order before it is dispatched without giving any reason. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, it is subject to our standard return policy.
If you cancel an order before dispatch, we will refund any payments you have made within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
Refund Procedure

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, incorrect, or not as described product).
